Initial Level I $6.00, Level II $5.00, Level III $4.00, Level IV $35.00. Life membership renewal fees are waved providing rider education course completion paperwork is sent in with renewal forms. All documents and forms are to be turned over to the Chapter Educator or Chapter Operations Officer. The application form can be obtained from the Chapter Educator (Form N.7 or N8).
